The challenge
Fleet dispatching and delivery tracking ran on outdated systems. Scheduling was manual, and there was no real-time visibility into where vehicles were or which deliveries were slipping.
What we built
A Logistics Delivery Management System built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, with real-time fleet tracking, automated route scheduling, and a centralized driver dashboard. Mobile GPS and driver reporting integration let dispatchers manage delays as they developed rather than after the fact.
